Web Site WelcomeWeb Site WelcomeDear Garden Club Members and visitors to our Website:It is with great excitement that I welcome you to our new long-anticipated Website. It’s been in the works for a couple of years.
The site is beautifully designed and is user friendly. We can all now access a great deal of valuable information in all the content areas. There are areas exclusively for members and others for the general viewer. There are links to other Garden Clubs in Michigan, our National Garden Clubs and Central Region plus there are many related gardening sites.
Michigan Garden Clubs’ Board is grateful to Edna Rosenfield for her generous gift through her will. It was decided to utilize the gift for the benefit of many and especially to those interested in joining a garden club. Our investment in the Website is intended to honor Edna for her generosity. The Board also is thankful to Jon Roth of Brightbridge Studios of Traverse City for the design and development of this site. Furthermore, there have been hours invested to bring this site online and we appreciate the dedication of many others. We especially thank Val and Lynn Dinvald and Joe and Sharon Yantis who we called on to serve as the “powerful point team” for bringing this project to fruition. They have invested hours of work preparing for the content of this site and we know you also will want to thank them when you see them.
