1. You can download it from the website at the above link. It can then be printed out if you wish. Please note that the size of the print depends upon the settings of your PC and can easily be increased. You can also print out selected pages or text. If you wish to save the file on your PC, please do so before you close the window. Procedures for this will vary with each PC and the software that is used.
2. You can receive it via e-mail in PDF format. This requires you to have Adobe Reader, which is available for free at the above link.
