Include name of club, city and district. Print first initial and last name when requested. A. Club with 100 points or more will receive a Club of Distinction Certificate. Club with total of 150 or more will receive Gold Seal Club of Distinction Certificate. Clubs awarded certificates will be listed in the MGC Newsletter. B. Clubs must meet #1, 2, 3, 4 to be eligible.
