For all MGC awards, follow the guidelines for NGC awards. Prepare Books of Evidence for only those awards which are required by NGC to have. For most NGC and ALL MGC awards, an Award Summary is all that is required. Applying for Awards: Please retain this award information for the award period of 2011through 2013. The awards year is January 1 through December 31 unless noted. If you have a project taking place after October 15 and need an extension of the deadline please contact Bobbie Quick at the above e-mail address.
